While studying at university, we realised that many students didn’t know how to cook (sorry but its true).
Initially, we just wanted to help students enjoy the uni lifestyle without impacting their long-term health (yes, all the drinking and binge eating adds up.)
After a successful stint on social media, creating eBook guides and 3,000+ hours of research, we decided to broaden our mission to help ALL young adults achieve and enjoy a healthier and balanced lifestyle.
